SM2 - Server Status Information

We are experiencing network problems in our Data Center. This is resulting in some dropped packets meaning that pages are loading slow on our server. Technicians are investigating. We will keep you updated as we get more information.

A Technician is working on the problem. May be intermittent downtime as a result. 

Update @ 4:00pm

A Technician is replacing some defective hardware to resolve the issue.

Update @ 5:30pm

Problem is now resolved
